What a celebration for the new IMPD NW District Headquarters. The weather pushed the groundbreaking inside but it was still a huge success and CPM is honored to apart of this new facility. Expected completion is early 2022.

What a great event Friday night in Yorktown, IN to celebrate the groundbreaking for the The Oliver! CPM is so excited to be apart of this project and can’t wait to get to work! The Oliver located in downtown Yorktown will feature apartments with retail and restaurants below. We except
